Rules for using KITPRO services and ordering custom teamwear.

Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting a quote request, approving a mockup, uploading files, placing an order or communicating with KITPRO Sportswear, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are acting for a team, school, club, company, vendor, league or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

Quotes and Estimates

Quote requests do not confirm final pricing, production capacity or delivery dates. KITPRO reviews the product type, order quantity, design requirements, materials, personalization, shipping location, approvals and production capacity before confirming pricing and timelines.

Prices may change if specifications, artwork, quantities, materials, roster details, shipping needs or other requirements change after the quote is prepared.

Mockups, Samples and Approvals

A 3D mockup is a visual design concept. Final production is based on approved specifications, materials, measurements, artwork, sizing and sample requirements where applicable. Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all mockups, spelling, numbers, colors, logos, placements, sizes and order details before approval.

Once an order is approved for production, changes may not be possible or may require additional cost and time.

Payments

Production may require a deposit, full payment or other agreed payment terms before work begins. Payment terms are confirmed with the quote or invoice. Unpaid balances may delay production, shipment, release of goods or future work.

Custom Products and Variations

Custom teamwear is made to approved specifications, but normal production variations may occur. Colors can appear different on screens, mockups, print proofs, fabrics and finished garments. Minor variations in color, fabric feel, placement, stitching, measurements or trims may occur within normal production tolerances.

Artwork, Logos and Intellectual Property

You are responsible for ensuring that submitted logos, artwork, names, sponsor marks, designs, trademarks, team identities and other materials are owned by you or that you have permission to use them. By submitting files or approving designs, you authorize KITPRO to use them for quoting, designing, sampling, production, packaging, shipping and support.

KITPRO may refuse work that appears unlawful, infringing, offensive, unsafe or unsuitable for production.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Order changes or cancellations must be requested in writing. If production, purchasing, artwork preparation, sampling or customization has started, cancellation may not be available or may be subject to charges for work already completed, materials ordered and costs incurred.

Delivery Dates

Requested delivery dates are reviewed against product requirements, approvals, material availability, payment status and production capacity. Delivery commitments are not confirmed until KITPRO confirms them in writing. Delays caused by late approvals, missing information, carrier delays, customs events, incorrect addresses or force majeure events are outside KITPRO's full control.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files, scrape content without permission or use the website for unlawful purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, KITPRO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. KITPRO's liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected product or service, unless a different limit is required by applicable law.

Changes to Terms

KITPRO may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or services after updates means you accept the updated terms.
